Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Basseqat website (start.basseqat.com), and any conversations you initiate with Basseqat via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business.

Basseqat is operated by Admireworks (the “Agency”, “we”) on behalf of the Basseqat brand. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Send abusive, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the platform
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through quiz / contact forms
• Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing communications
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent platform security

2. Conversational AI assistance

When you message our Page, IG account, or WhatsApp Business number, you may receive replies generated or drafted by AI (Google Vertex AI Gemini). All AI-drafted replies are reviewed by a human team member before sending. AI replies are clearly identifiable in the conversation context. We do not represent AI replies as being authored by a specific named human.

AI replies are advisory and informational. For binding product, pricing, or contractual matters, please speak directly with the team.

3. Project information disclaimers

Information about the Basseqat agricultural project (palm cultivation, projected yields, return scenarios) is presented for informational purposes only. Projected figures are scenario-based and not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Agricultural projects are subject to weather, market, and operational risks.

4. No financial advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial planning, or a recommendation to buy or sell securities. Decisions to participate in the project are your own and should be made after independent due diligence and, where applicable, professional advice.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, retention, and your rights.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — text, images, video, branding — is owned by Admireworks or licensed for use by Basseqat. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable copyright fair-use principles.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party platform outages (Meta, Google), or force-majeure events.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admireworks and Basseqat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cairo, Egypt courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
